Join us for the 15th annual Teddy Bear Picnic – The Lorax edition! This beloved free tradition takes on a new theme this year, inviting the community to celebrate their parks on Sunday, March 2, from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Hampton Park. Embrace the spirit of The Lorax by dressing up as your favorite character and get ready to explore, learn, and play with Charleston Parks Conservancy! The event and activities are all free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. This event is rain or shine so make sure to plan accordingly!

Event Schedule:

• 2 p.m. – Mary Murray Drive Road Closure Begins and Complimentary Shuttles Start from 333 Fishburne Street
• 2:30 p.m. – Teddy Bear Picnic Begins!
• 3 p.m. – Performance by Heart Beatz Dance Academy
• 3:30 p.m. – The V Tones of Charleston
• 4:45 p.m. – Gather at the gazebo for the Truffula Trek Teddy Bear Parade
• 5 p.m. – Event Ends
• 6 p.m. – Last Shuttle back to 333 Fishburne Street parking
